 Position: Marketing Executive

• Location: Kannur & Wayanad
  (Meenangadi, Kalpetta, Mananthavady, Sultan Bathery, Thalassery, Iritty,kannur preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing or sales

• Employment Type: Full Time

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + High Performance-Based Incentives

• Vacancies: 2–4 positions

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and follow up with potential premium clients

• Conduct local field marketing and site visits

• Promote Divatech’s services in villas, commercial, and resort segments

• Maintain relationships with clients and support lead conversions

• Coordinate with internal design and sales teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in real estate, construction, or similar fields

• Good communication & people skills

• Willingness to travel within the region (two-wheeler mandatory)

• Basic computer/CRM knowledge
