Foundation should be Laterite rubble masonry and the depth designed for the adequate depth and width (45* 60) approximately
Superstructure in laterite masonry (1st quality laterite) using IS specified mix.
Lintels will be provided over total walls to improve strength.
Plastering in CM 1:6, 12 mm thick lines and levels.
All the reinforcement works managed by IS specified.
Flooring in Marbolite (rate @ Rs. 55/- sq ft) for Bedrooms,Veranda,Living,etc and skirting with same tile at 4” height.
Door frame in Kunni or good design wood.
Teak wood, simple designed front door and back door will be provided.
All other doors including bedrooms ,kitchen, doors are by flush door with wood finsihed.
Toilet doors are with PVC doors(water proof)
Door height wall finish in ceramic tiles (range @ Rs.35/- sq ft) for toilet and flooring in ceramic tile (range @ Rs.40/- sq ft).
Sanitary fitting – European closet (range @ Rs.4000/-) with normal flushing cistern for attached toilet and Asian closet for work area toilet, Wash basin with tape (range @ Rs. 2000/-) (parryware) or ISO Certified company product
Normal quality steel tape (range @ Rs.700/-) will be used for all the water supply lines
Electrification will be provided by appropriate points for all rooms’ kitchen and common area.Total point will be approximate 65 points.and electrical design plan attached.
Wires by using finolex or V guard Or Havells or Polycab
Plumbing items should be ISO specified companies
No electrical and electronic devices will be provided.
If any landscape or garden will be additionally charged.
