Detailed Specification for Proposed House

  • Separate well with fresh water facility available.
  • Super structure in laterate masonry using IS specified mix.
  • Plastering in CM 1:6, 12 mm think lines and levels.
  • All the reinforcement works managed by IS specified.
  • Painting will be done after the discussion with Client but final decisions will be made by company.
  • Flooring in Marbolite @ range Rs.55/-  neatly finished for Bed rooms,Veranda,Living,Dining, staircase and step etc
  • All the wood work in Anjili wood or other hard wood available for window and door frame.
  • Door frame in Kunni or good design wood.
  • Teak wood designed , front door will be provided.
  • Grill work for the windows should be 9 to 11 kg for one panel, the design selected by the client.
  • Granite stone @ range Rs.135/Sqft provided for the kitchen top over the RCC Slabs for Kitchen top.
  • 5 “ height skirting’s in Marbolite  will be provided for all over the wall over the flooring
  • Neatly finished internal walls and painting, and the color selected by the client.
  • 6’ height wall finish in vitrified tiles @ range Rs.40/- for toilet and flooring in mat finished glazed tiles @ range Rs.35/-.
  • European closet with normal flushing cistern @ range Rs.5000/- for attached toilet  and Asian closet @ range Rs.2000/- for work area toilet.(parry ware) or ISO certified company product
